in the detail box below please include: color scheme, size, name, and sunrise/sunset dates. Also, upload photos below. Pictures must be clear (Not blurry) & bright (not dark). The picture for your glitter face needs to be a selfie (face shot), if not please make sure the quality is top-tier.

All orders placed are freestyled and only exactly like the picture if instructed to do so. Please leave the child's name and age in the order details box if you'd like that incorporated into the shoe. Please be as specific as possible, I do not mind.

Riah does not honor refunds, cancellations, etc due to incorrect info. Please be sure to double-check all details before placing an order. If you accidentally put the wrong info when placing your order please feel free to contact me as soon as possible @ 414-813-3990. 

Due to the high demand of orders and keeping up with my set production/delivery times, I do not provide progress photos.

Please note that all orders are 1 of 1 and will not be replicated exactly as pictured. 

Rush orders/Rush fees: Rush orders have a 7-day or less production time. Please be advised that rush orders are implemented in-between other existing orders. If placing a rush order you MUST also pay for expedited shipping, one is useless without the other.

Shipping: Standard shipping time is 3-4 business days. Shipping & processing timeframes do not include weekends. Shipping timeframes do not include Sundays. The payment processing time for each order is 1-2 days. We want to ensure that all payments are fully processed before preparing an order for shipping

Please understand that shipping and turnaround times are 2 different things! Turnaround time is how long the process takes for us to make/prepare your order before shipping it out. Shipping is how long your order will take to travel from me to you. Do not expect that the 2-3 day shipping time frame that you've received at checkout is how long your order will take to prepare, ship out, and get delivered to you.
